Website design that earns its keep.

Marketing sites, brand sites and product launches — brand-led on the surface, ruthlessly engineered underneath. Built for the one number you want to move.

Get a fixed scope

Why most Malaysian brand sites underperform

We have audited more than two hundred Malaysian SME and mid-market websites since 2020. The same handful of issues turn up over and over: a hero that talks about the company instead of the customer, a navigation that hides the money pages, a contact form that asks for too much, and a Lighthouse score below 50 because nobody read the report at handover.

None of those are design problems in the cosmetic sense. They are commercial problems wearing design clothing. The work we do here treats both at the same time.

What a Neurabit website build includes

Every website design engagement covers the same six pillars. The depth varies with the project — but the pillars do not.

Discovery & positioning

A working session — usually two hours — to pin down the one commercial outcome the website is responsible for. We leave with a written brief everyone signs off in writing, so the rest of the project has somewhere to anchor to.

Information architecture

How the content is structured before we touch visual design. Where the money pages sit. How a first-time visitor finds the thing that converts them. This stage usually saves more money than the rest of the project combined.

Visual design system

Typography, palette, components, motion, photography direction. Designed in Figma in a way your team can extend without breaking. Editorial enough to set you apart from the templated competition; pragmatic enough that your CMS editor can use it next year.

Front-end engineering

Hand-coded HTML, CSS and minimal JavaScript. Headless or traditional CMS depending on what your team will actually use. Accessibility baked in, not bolted on. WCAG 2.2 AA is the floor.

Performance

Core Web Vitals targets are part of the contract: LCP under 2.0 s on a mid-range Android on 4G; CLS under 0.05; INP under 200 ms. We measure on real Malaysian network conditions, not just synthetic Lighthouse runs.

Launch & iterate

Migration, redirect map, indexable sitemap, analytics handover, and a 90-day improvement window where we tune the things you only find out about once real users arrive.

Good fit / less good fit

Be honest with us, we will be honest back.

Good fit

When we are useful

  • Mid-market or SME with revenue between RM 2M and RM 80M.
  • A specific commercial goal you can describe in one sentence.
  • Someone on your side who can sign off design within five working days.
  • Willingness to test ideas instead of arguing about opinions.
  • A real budget — usually RM 30,000 or more.
Less good fit

When you are better off elsewhere

  • You need it shipped in three weeks for a launch already in motion.
  • The brief is led by a single stakeholder's taste, not the customer.
  • The website is a checkbox on a strategy deck, not a real channel.
  • You want twelve rounds of revision and unlimited scope creep.
  • The budget is under RM 12,000 — try a Webflow specialist.
Common questions

Quick answers on website design.

Will my team be able to edit the site after launch?+

Yes. We pick the CMS for your build with that conversation up front — usually Statamic, WordPress (with a structured editor like ACF) or Sanity for headless. Your editor gets a two-hour training session before launch and a written runbook.

Can you do a Bahasa Malaysia version of the site?+

Yes — and a Mandarin or Tamil version too. We have shipped four trilingual sites in the last eighteen months. Translation can be commissioned through us or fed in by your own team.

Do you keep working on the site after launch?+

The first 90 days are included in the project. After that, most clients move to a Care & Continuous Improvement retainer (from RM 4.8k / month) that covers hosting, security, performance reports and an ongoing CRO programme.

What does the project look like from our side?+

One weekly working session — usually 45 minutes on a Thursday afternoon. Asynchronous feedback in a shared workspace between sessions. A short written status note every Friday. No overlapping calls, no surprise updates.
