Web design that pays back, not pays out.
Most Malaysian SMEs end up with one of two kinds of website. The cheap one that looks like a template — because it is one. Or the expensive one that wins design awards but never connects to the bottom line. We saw a third path: small enough to care about every project, senior enough to deliver work that compounds.
Every engagement is sized against a measurable outcome — a number of leads, a percentage uplift in repeat purchase, an enquiry-to-quote ratio. If we cannot agree on the metric in the first meeting, we politely refer you to a colleague who is a better fit.
We deliberately do not chase scale. We did the math: four senior practitioners can ship roughly eighteen substantial projects a year while keeping the principal on every one. Beyond that, quality starts to leak. So we stopped at four.
What we value
- Outcomes over outputs. A handsome website that does not convert is a liability dressed up as an asset.
- Senior hands only. Every keystroke on your project comes from someone with at least eight years in the craft.
- Written, not whispered. Scope, schedule and decisions all live in writing. No-one wakes up to a surprise change-order.
- One client per slot. We hold a calendar slot for your project. You are not competing with five other accounts for attention.
- The honest no. If a brief is wrong for us, we say so on day one and recommend someone better placed.
