How we work

A grown-up process that respects your time.

No 60-slide kickoff decks. No mystery deliverables. Five focused stages — each with a working artefact you can review and sign off in writing.

Discovery brief

A two-hour working session to map your commercial goal, audience pains and the one number we are moving. Leaves with a written brief.

UX architecture

Information architecture, wireframes and content frame in low fidelity. You see the skeleton before we spend a Ringgit on visual polish.

Visual design

Editorial visual system in Figma — typography, palette, components, motion. Built so your team can extend it without breaking anything.

Engineering & QA

Hand-coded fronts, headless or CMS as needed, with accessibility and Core Web Vitals baked in. QA on real Malaysian network conditions.

Launch & iterate

Migration, redirects, search-engine handover and a 90-day improvement window where we tune what real users actually do.

What clients say

The clearest signal we are doing this right.

A small selection of feedback from the people who write our cheques. Full case studies and references on request.

Neurabit treated our website like a P&L line, not a vanity project. Six months after launch we are running our acquisition team off the leads it produces.

They were the first agency that asked harder questions than we did. We came in for a redesign and walked out with a better business case.

Our previous developer built what we asked for. Neurabit built what we needed. The difference shows up in our monthly numbers.

Frequently asked

Honest answers before you reach out.

If your question is not below, the contact page has a brief form that takes about two minutes to fill in.

How long does a website project usually take?+

A focused marketing website lands in roughly six to ten weeks once we kick off. eCommerce and integration-heavy builds typically take twelve to eighteen weeks. We share a milestone schedule on the first call so dates never drift in silence.

Do you only work with Malaysian businesses?+

Most of our clients are SMEs and mid-market brands based in the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru, though about a fifth of our work is regional — Singapore, Brunei and southern Thailand. The studio is based in Mid Valley City.

Is the cost of a website worth it for an SME?+

Only if it earns money back. Every brief we accept is sized against a target — leads, online sales, qualified enquiries — so the build pays for itself within twelve months on most engagements. The diagnostic call is free and includes a rough payback estimate.

Can you take over a site we already have?+

Yes. About a third of new projects are inherited builds — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Magento. We start with a diagnostic to decide whether to refit, rebuild or migrate, and we share the working files at the end either way.

Do you handle hosting and ongoing care?+

We host the sites we ship on managed Singapore infrastructure with weekly off-site backups, monthly performance reports and a four-hour response SLA on business-critical incidents. You can also take the codebase to your own host — we will help with handover.

What does a Neurabit project cost?+

Brochure builds start around RM 28,000; richer marketing sites run RM 45,000 to RM 90,000; eCommerce and platform work usually sits between RM 80,000 and RM 220,000. We send a written scope before any work begins — no surprise change-orders, no hidden retainer fees.

Who actually does the work?+

A four-person core team — strategy, design, engineering and QA — plus the principal lead on every project. No middlemen, no outsourced delivery. You will know every person who touches your project.
